RICOR is a global leader in the development of innovative cryogenic cooling technologies used for cooling infrared (IR) detectors and advanced scientific equipment.

We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer for a significant and challenging role in cryogenic cooling systems.

Responsibility for improving production yields and quality. Responsibility for providing full engineering support in manufacturing processes and providing engineering solutions to field issues.

Main Responsibilities

·        Ongoing engineering support for the production line and troubleshooting

·        Failure analysis and root cause identification

·        Addressing quality issues in manufacturing processes

·        Training production line workers

·        Supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) processes

·        Planning manufacturing support fixtures

·        Engineering documentation in the PLM system

·        Interface work with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality departments

Position Requirements

·        Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

·        5 years of experience in mechanical design in a manufacturing environment

·        Proficiency in CAD software

·        Experience with machining and mechanical assembly processes

·        Teamwork and interpersonal communication skills

·        Professional English

·        Background in the defense industry / working with quality standards
