As a DevOps Engineer on our R&D team, you will play a crucial role in designing, deploying, and maintaining robust multi-cloud native and hybrid solutions for our diverse clientele. You will be at the forefront of implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using cutting-edge and industry-standard tools, with a strong focus on the AWS ecosystem. Your expertise will be vital in developing and managing our cloud-native CI/CD workflows, automating critical AWS account management processes, and ensuring the stability and scalability of our customer environments and internal sandbox platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure that powers mission-critical systems.
• Lead the automation of environment provisioning, configuration, and deployments across multiple cloud environments.
• Implement robust workflows and pipelines that enable fast, secure, and reliable delivery of software and infrastructure updates.
• Develop and maintain internal tools that streamline cloud operations, account management, and security processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the full lifecycle of cloud-native applications — from concept to production.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring new ideas to improve how we operate, build, and deliver at scale.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or similar role.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically AWS CloudFormation (and CDK) and Terraform.
• 2+ years of hands-on programming/scripting experience in languages such as Python and Bash.
• Understanding of TCP/IP Networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, and firewall concepts.
• Proven experience automating cloud-native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure within the AWS ecosystem.
• Solid experience developing and managing cloud-native CI/CD workflows and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild, Jenkins).
• Experience with containerized environments and microservices, particularly AWS ECS (Elastic Container Service), Kubernetes, or similar
• Strong experience with Linux system administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• A fast learner with a passion for adopting new technologies and a collaborative, people-oriented mindset.

Extra Points / Nice-to-Haves:

• AWS Associate or Professional level certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Experience configuring monitoring and log aggregation tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Datadog.
• Experience with maintaining and developing web applications using AWS Amplify, React, and backend languages like Node.js or Python.
