We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong client-side expertise and a passion for building high-quality user interfaces.

The role includes leading development tasks, contributing to major technological initiatives, developing and maintaining Web applications, working with CMS platforms, collaborating with cross-functional development teams, and driving large-scale projects while ensuring high code quality and optimal performance.

• Proven experience in technological leadership of development teams
• Strong expertise in responsive website development with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (3 years)
• Experience in building accessible Web applications (AA standard) (2 years)
• Experience working with relational databases: SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL (3 years)
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with RESTful services (2 years)
• Experience with version control tools: TFS and Git (2 years)

• Experience developing in PHP or Java
• Front-end development experience with Angular or React
• Experience working with Drupal
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Background in the financial domain

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure
