IT Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for an IT Onboarding Specialist to join our IT Support Team, with a strong passion for delivering a seamless and engaging employee experience. In this role, you will ensure that new employees across Israel, APAC, and EMEA are onboarded smoothly, fully equipped, and operational from day one.

You will combine a customer-focused approach with strong technical knowledge to guide employees through their initial setup, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure consistency across both in-person and remote onboarding experiences. Your work will directly impact employee satisfaction and productivity, while contributing to continuous improvements in onboarding processes.

You will be part of the IT Support Team, a group of dedicated professionals responsible for enabling employees to succeed through reliable systems, timely support, and proactive solutions. The team works closely with HR, L&D, and regional IT groups to deliver a holistic onboarding experience that blends technology with culture. Together, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for new hires—building trust, solving problems, and setting the tone for their journey at the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT setup for new hires, ensuring laptops, tools, and systems are ready on day one.
• Provide live onboarding support sessions, guiding employees through initial login, access, and tool usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during onboarding, escalating where needed.
• Deliver onboarding presentations confidently, sometimes to large groups of new hires.
• Be a part of migrating new companies into the organization, supporting their integration into IT systems and processes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and regional teams to ensure alignment with company onboarding standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation to streamline IT onboarding globally.
• Keep all onboarding-related data relevant, accurate, and up to date for reporting and tracking purposes.
• Maintain a high-touch, consistent experience across regions, supporting both onsite and remote employees.
  
  

• 0-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or onboarding roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS, Office 365, and collaboration tools (Teams, OneDrive, Zoom, etc.).
• Familiarity with identity management, VPNs, and endpoint security solutions.
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate clearly across global teams and with non-technical audiences.
• Strong public-speaking and presentation skills; comfortable standing in front of an audience and engaging with large groups.
• Strong customer-first mindset and ability to build trust with new employees.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and explain solutions simply.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with an eye for continuous improvement.
