The role includes:
Leading web projects in the digital department and managing a team
Empowering an innovative technological culture
Working closely with diverse teams: development, QA, infrastructure and managers
Responsibility for process improvement and performance monitoring
Required Requirements:
Relevant degree in Computer Science/Software or Management with a technology background
5-7 years of development experience, including 3 years of project management and leadership
Full command of React (including TypeScript, Redux) and C# (.NET Core)
Experience with Figma, JIRA, Git and Code Review
Ability to work in a multi-tasking and stressful environment
Advantages:
Experience in Unit Testing
Experience with Kubernetes (K8S)
Knowledge of code optimization and execution times
