Data Scientist - Autonomous AI Systems

We’re a small but fast-moving startup building autonomous agent systems and advanced data pipelines for experimental clients.

Our mission: enable intelligent systems to operate reliably, autonomously, and failure-free - with privacy and precision at the core.

As our Data Scientist, you’ll design experiments, models, and insights that power agent-based AI systems. You’ll work closely with our deep learning and automation teams to turn complex, high-level data into meaningful intelligence.

What you’ll do:

* Develop and validate ML models using embeddings, semantic signals, and real-time data.

* Analyze distributed and federated data to extract actionable insights.

* Design evaluation metrics and feedback loops for autonomous agents.

* Collaborate with engineers to improve the quality and flow of training data.

* Build privacy-preserving and adaptive learning mechanisms across agents.

What we’re looking for:

* Experience as a Data Scientist or Applied ML Engineer.

* Strong Python and ML skills (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).

* Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and data analysis.

* Bonus: experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) or federated learning.

* Most importantly - we value curiosity, creativity, and collaborative thinking far more than anything else.
