Position Summary

We’re looking for a DevOps Team Leader to join one of our leading customers. In this role, you’ll lead a small DevOps team, work closely with development and IT, and take ownership of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and production reliability. You’ll combine hands-on work with leadership responsibilities, helping define best practices, improve automation, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EKS, ECS, S3, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform)
• Oversee system monitoring, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with development and security teams on architecture and scalability
• Drive automation, observability, and DevOps best practices

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or system administration
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a DevOps team leader
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• Solid experience with AWS cloud services
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS or self-managed)
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Broad understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Advantages
