What You’ll Do

As a Senior Staff Product Manager at Mine, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our MineOS platform. You’ll drive company-wide impact by leading high-stakes initiatives that define how organizations manage privacy, and data at scale.

• Define and own product strategy for critical areas of the MineOS platform, setting the long-term vision and translating it into actionable roadmaps aligned with company priorities.
• Lead cross-functional, multi-squad initiatives that span engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer success — ensuring cohesive execution and measurable business outcomes.
• Leverage market intelligence and customer insights to anticipate industry shifts, emerging regulations, and technology opportunities — turning them into strategic advantages.
• Drive measurable business impact, from increasing product adoption and retention to expanding platform usage across new personas or verticals.
• Champion product excellence by balancing innovation, user experience, and technical feasibility — building solutions that scale across our growing enterprise customer base.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of complex SaaS products at scale — experience in privacy, security, or data intelligence is a major advantage.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and influencing at the company or executive level.
• A technical background (software engineering or equivalent) and strong comfort engaging in technical trade-offs and architectural discussions.
• Setting standards for product discovery, prioritization, and execution excellence.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable impact — e.g., growth, retention, engagement, or platform expansion.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complexity into clarity — both in product design and communication.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments — adaptable, curious, and outcome-driven.
• Excellent communication both written and verbal, in English.
