DevOps Team Leader – Defense Industry | North Israel
A leading defense company in the North is looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Team Leader to join our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers
✔ Plan, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
✔ Drive DevOps best practices and continuous improvement
✔ Work closely with development, IT, and security teams
✔ Manage both on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure
Requirements:
🔹 At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer
🔹 Minimum 2 years of proven managerial/team leadership experience
🔹 Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
🔹 Expertise in Docker & Kubernetes
🔹 High proficiency in scripting (Python / Bash)
🔹 Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
🔹 Strong understanding of networking & security concepts
