NESS is looking for a DevSecOps Team Lead.
The role involves leading and managing a multidisciplinary DevSecOps team responsible for post-merger and acquisition security integration, cloud infrastructure hardening, and the definition and implementation of secure DevOps strategies and practices across cloud and CI/CD environments in a global organization.
Full Time position, in Raanana.
Job Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience in DevOps or SecDevOps roles, with deep expertise in cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD, and GitHub.
- Strong understanding of information security, risk management, and post-merger and acquisition security integration.
- Experience in managing technical teams and leading complex cross-organizational processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across technical and business domains.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical security and DevOps initiatives.
