Now, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our team in Tel Aviv. This is beyond your typical PMM role. At Stigg, you’ll get to own a wide range of initiatives across the entire marketing spectrum. One day you’ll craft a go-to-market strategy for a new product launch, the next you’ll create thought leadership content, help organize an executive event, or shape messaging for a major campaign.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role, perfect for someone who wants to learn fast, touch almost every part of marketing, and grow alongside a company that’s scaling quickly.
What You’ll Do
As a key part of Stigg’s Product Marketing team, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, helping translate technical concepts and product capabilities into crisp, compelling stories that resonate with developers, product leaders, and GTM teams.
Your day-to-day might include:
- Owning go-to-market (GTM) launches: collaborate with product and design to craft clear positioning, messaging, and launch strategies that drive awareness and adoption.
- Building product narratives: turn technical features and capabilities into stories that highlight value, differentiation, and developer experience.
- Developing sales enablement assets: create decks, one-pagers, competitive materials, and architecture diagrams that help our sales team tell the Stigg story effectively.
- Supporting field and community marketing: work closely with our events and community leads to make sure Stigg shows up consistently and powerfully across all touchpoints.
- Collaborating cross-functionally: align product, growth, and marketing teams around messaging, positioning, and GTM priorities.
- Creating technical content: work with the technical marketing team to produce blog posts, product explainers, and thought leadership that speak directly to developers and technical buyers.
- Measuring and optimizing: use data and feedback from the field to iterate on messaging and campaigns that move the needle.
- You’re a storyteller who loves turning complex, technical ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
- You’re a self-starter who thrives on variety. Someone who enjoys switching between strategy and execution, and takes full ownership of projects.
- You have strong technical curiosity and can comfortably engage with both developers and business stakeholders.
- You care deeply about craft, clarity, and the details that make great marketing stand out.
Requirements
What we think can help you achieve your goals 🏆
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or a related marketing role within a B2B SaaS startup.
- Experience working with or marketing to Enterprise customers or products.
- Experience building messaging and go-to-market strategies for technical audiences (developers, PMs, architects, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native-level).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
- Have experience with DevTools, APIs, or infrastructure products.
- Have planned and executed events for technical or executive audiences.
- Are regularly using tools like Figma, HubSpot, Webflow, or Google Analytics.
