Digital Marketing Manager

We see it as creating measurable impact. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about data, optimization, and driving real business growth through digital channels.

- Your Role

You’ll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across major platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital ecosystems. Your daily work will include analyzing performance data, adjusting bids and creatives, experimenting with audiences, and collaborating with the Content, Design, and Sales teams to ensure every campaign aligns with business goals. This role requires someone who not only knows how to launch ads but also understands how to scale them efficiently and report actionable insights.

- What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of practical experience in performance or digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and a solid grasp of campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

A proactive attitude and willingness to experiment, test, and learn.

Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tracking tools is a plus.
