System Analyst

What the role involves

• :Analyzing diverse systems and platforms, including core systems and financial systems
• .Creating and writing HLD/DLD documentation with a comprehensive system perspective
• .Designing and specifying solutions for cross-system, multi-technology processes
• .Supporting development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle
• .Providing solutions for incidents and ongoing requests, including log analysis and code review
• .Collaborating with multiple stakeholders: project managers, development teams, architects, and business partners

.Basic requirements

• :Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• .3–5 years of experience in system analysis and technical process specification
• .Experience with service-based platforms (WS, REST, SOAP)
• .Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases, including writing complex SQL queries
• .Experience writing specification documents (HLD/DLD) and defining client requirements
• .Experience reading and understanding code (COBOL / Python is a plus)
• .Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; experience in PO/SM roles is an advantage
• .Strong system thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to manage tasks end-to-end
