RPA Automation Developer

A leading insurance company based in Petah Tikva is looking for an RPA Automation Developer
The role requires:
• Developing automation processes with a deep understanding of customer and business needs
• Developing automation processes combined with AI capabilities
• Performing comprehensive tests on developed robots to ensure they operate properly and meet business requirements
• Support and maintenance of existing processes and making changes as necessary while adapting them to the company's needs
• Dealing with internal organizational interfaces, the various IT departments in the organization and the business's customers
• Training and support for business and technology teams on the use of robots and technical support in the event of malfunctions
• Key role in a team of 4 people (including developers and a supervisor).
Mandatory professional requirements (education, experience):
• UiPath Developer Advanced certification
• At least one year of experience as an RPA developer (UiPath)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or similar course
• Familiarity with RPA tools: Experience working with leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
• Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex technical problems and find creative solutions
• Ability to express oneself in writing and orally in both Hebrew and English

Requirements that are an advantage

• Knowledge and experience working with AI tools in the cloud, emphasis on Document Understanding – a significant advantage

• Knowledge and experience in cloud environments, emphasis on AWS – a significant advantage

• Experience working with cloud automation solutions such as Microsoft Power Automate

• Knowledge of programming languages: Experience in software development in languages ​​such as Python, JavaScript, Java, and PowerShell
