Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

We’re looking for a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to join an international team supporting regulatory activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update regulatory databases and ensure timely communication of renewal timelines and license information.
• Prepare and coordinate quarterly regulatory activity reports.
• Ensure national regulatory requirements are up to date and aligned with global standards.
• Coordinate and manage Artwork changes – plan and execute packaging updates, align with production schedules, and ensure compliance following license renewals and variations.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 1-2 years Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry – preferred.
• Alternatively, administrative experience in English-speaking environments, or QA/R&D background.
• familiarity with document management systems (experience with VEEVA or RIM systems) -advantage.
