Unilever Israel is hiring an HR Business Partner for the Customer Development Division (Maternity Leave Replacement)📍 Hybrid work model – 2 days a week from our Airport City offices, the rest from home.

The role includes business partnership and managerial support.
Close work with division managers and managers at various levels, with the goal of translating business strategy into an effective HR plan, including workforce planning, leadership development, and change management.
Ongoing consulting for managers at all levels on topics such as management, labor relations, effective communication, labor law, and organizational culture.
Employee lifecycle management:
Full responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, development, evaluation, employee engagement, and termination processes within the division.
Human capital development:
Building training and leadership development programs, developing managerial succession plans, promoting performance excellence and managerial culture.
Organizational change support and implementation:
Supporting the implementation of new organizational structures, role changes, team planning, and leading internal divisional communications in collaboration with domain managers.
Monitoring and data analysis:
Responsibility for workforce planning, headcount, absences, turnover metrics, labor costs, and employee data, including generating management reports and trend analysis.
Employee engagement, belonging, and internal communication:
Leading initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, team bonding, and a sense of belonging among field and HQ employees.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Behavioral Sciences / Social Sciences / Management). Master’s degree – an advantage.
- 3–4 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager in a dynamic business environment, preferably in sales or field operations.
- Proficiency in labor law.
- Proven experience in leading organizational processes and leadership development.

Leadership, influence, and strong interpersonal communication, mental flexibility, ability to work in a dynamic environment, and the ability to build trust and effective relationships with managers and employees.
