We are looking for an experienced and proactive Commercial Specialist to join our team.

About the position:

The Commercial Specialist supports the commercial department in driving the success of our relationship with clients by managing commercial aspects of product launches, market analysis, and client interactions. This role requires a person with proven experience who can lead complex processes, collaborate effectively across internal teams, and take ownership of commercial projects from start to finish, while maintaining client relationships. The role will include analyzing market and client data, coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic maneuvers to support the growth of the business, ensuring seamless and smooth commercial and product-release processes within the company and with our clients, and managing operational aspects of commercial issues.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage market data and customer feedback to align and execute commercial strategies and products with the market status.
• Gather information both inbound and outbound, while providing insights based on critical thinking.
• Maintaining strong relationship with clients, and to maneuver those relationship to allow commercial advantages.
• Evaluate market entry and growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to tailor business plan.
• Collect and analyze data on product performance and market conditions, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Lead complex commercial processes and coordinate between Business, R&D, and Product teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of business targets.
• Assist in managing and launch timelines while ensuring compliance with commercial policies.
• Prepare documentation, and monitor timelines to ensure all aspects of business plans.
• Drive commercial initiatives independently, proactively pushing projects forward without the need for constant follow-up.
  
  

• Proven experience in commercial, product/business/partnership development, or related roles - Mandatory.
• Strong professional background in working directly with clients and coordinating with internal teams.
• Excellent critical-thinking skills, with the ability to gather information from multiple sources, challenge assumptions, and form independent insights.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion.
• Ability to lead complex processes and manage cross-functional (matrix) teams effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proficiency in project management and strategic planning.
• Background in law or accounting with the ability to read and interpret agreements.
• B2B experience in the iGaming industry (advantageous).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and assertive approach.
