DevOps Team Lead

An innovative and fast-growing tech company based in Tel Aviv, developing cutting-edge software solutions for autonomous flight and intelligent airspace management, is looking for a DevOps Team Lead to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead a focused team of DevOps and senior development talent.

· Own the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of infrastructure architecture (cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability).

· Be the go-to person for cross-team infrastructure support: consulting on APIs, scaling, security, performance, and fault-tolerance.

· Drive innovation with new tools and POCs, while continuously optimizing developer velocity.

· Execute HO work in strategic or cross-team initiatives, from cloud cost optimization to microservices transitions.

Requirements:

· 7+ years of experience in development and DevOps roles.

· 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.

· Deep hands-on experience with AWS: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, EKS, RDS.

· Full control of Kubernetes in production and microservices environments.

· Solid background in Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD: Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.

· Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go), and deep comfort in secure Linux-based environments.

· Monitoring/logging expertise: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK.

Nice to Have:

Istio, Linkerd, ArgoCD, KEDA, OpenTelemetry, InfoSec knowledge (SOC2, ISO standards, Kubernetes hardening), FinOps experience
