Head of Software Testing and IT Systems Operations

Amisragas Energy, a well-established energy company undergoing an exciting modernization process, including the implementation of new systems like Salesforce and Priority. We're looking for an experienced leader to head our software testing and systems operations domain, with direct impact on project success and digital transformation.

🔹 Full ownership of testing processes, documentation, project approvals, and production deployment 🔹 Leading a professional team of testers and operators, including field support 🔹 Responsibility for operating both legacy and new systems, serving hundreds of users across multiple sites 🔹 Strategic partnership with the CIO, driving continuous learning and improvement

✅ 5+ years of proven managerial experience in IT operations/software testing – must ✅ Experience managing diverse teams – internal staff, vendors, managed services – must ✅ Strong understanding of infrastructure, communication protocols, cybersecurity, and testing environments – must ✅ Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with internal stakeholders and field teams – must ✅ Familiarity with CRM, ERP, technician management systems, and various interface platforms – advantage ✅ Experience in system implementation, delivery management, and working with SF-Priority – advantage ✅ Proficiency with development and testing management tools (e.g., Monday.com) – advantage ✅ Relevant academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or similar – advantage
