We are a SaaS company that provides a marketing automation platform for businesses. Our platform enables companies to generate more sales with less effort.

We are currently working 100% remotely.

Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for ensuring customers receive exceptional technical, strategic, and integration support, enabling them to fully leverage the platform and achieve long-term success.

Ongoing Tier 2 technical support - Handling incoming technical inquiries, diagnosing and resolving complex issues, and delivering professional, fast, and effective service based on real-time customer needs.

Proactive strategic support - Conducting outbound interactions with customers to optimize their use of the platform, identify growth opportunities, increase engagement, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

1-4 years of hands-on experience in Tier 2 technical support

Required experience working with Webhooks, API integrations, and business automation tools such as Zapier and Make- Must
