As Vice President – Government Relations, you will shape, manage, and execute government engagement strategies, ensuring regulatory alignment, policy influence, and strategic advocacy that enable the company’s expansion. This is a founding-level role, giving you the opportunity to define the political and regulatory framework for multiple mega-projects across Israel and the broader Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
• Government Strategy & Advocacy: Develop and implement government engagement strategies across Israel, the Middle East, and Europe, positioning the company as a trusted partner to regulators and ministries.
• Regulatory Affairs Leadership: Monitor, analyze, and influence policy developments affecting energy trading, LNG, crude oil, refined products, and storage operations.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and sustain high-level relationships with government agencies, regulators, ministries, and international institutions.
• Project Advocacy & Strategic Communication: Represent the company in multi-billion-dollar infrastructure and trading projects, ensuring regulatory approvals, licenses, and government support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CEO, executive leadership, legal, compliance, and trading teams to align political strategy with operational and commercial objectives.
• Strategic Advisory & Reporting: Advise the Board and CEO on geopolitical risks, regulatory opportunities, and stakeholder engagement strategy.
• Investor & Partner Communications: Prepare and present government relations updates to institutional investors and strategic partners, highlighting the company’s positioning and project progress.

• Senior executive experience in government relations, public affairs, or regulatory strategy within global energy, trading, or infrastructure companies.
• Deep understanding of energy policy, regulatory frameworks, and government processes in Israel, the Middle East, and Europe.
• Proven track record of influencing regulatory outcomes and securing approvals for large-scale energy projects.
• Extensive network across government, regulators, and international institutions.
• Strategic thinker capable of bridging political, commercial, and operational objectives.
• Experience in founding or early-stage ventures is a strong advantage.
