We’re looking for a Services Procurement Specialist, preferably based in Haifa, to join our team in a hybrid role (with two days per week on-site at our client’s Haifa office). The successful candidate will be focused on program service delivery and provide operational excellence to a key global strategic client.

Our Services Procurement Specialist is accountable for:

• Managing the full life cycle of outsourced service and project-based engagements using vendor management systems.
• Supporting managers in creating new requests, defining supplier requirements, and developing effective statements of work (SOW).
• Reviewing SOWs for quality and compliance, oversee approvals, changes, and payments, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Leading supplier negotiations, benchmarking, and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Monitoring supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and regular business reviews, driving continuous improvement.
• Building strong relationships with suppliers, managers, procurement, and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintaining program documentation (SOPs, workflows) and support training, onboarding, and process improvement efforts.
• Identifying and resolving service delivery issues promptly while ensuring a positive stakeholder experience.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Procurement, Technical, or Business-related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in Procurement or an Operations role supporting SOWs or equivalent experience.
• Strongly preferred experience in external client service outsourcing or consulting.
• Prior experience with VMS tools such as SAP Fieldglass/Beeline or procurement systems like SAP Ariba.
• Experience supporting indirect services categories such as Consulting, IT services, or engineering services.
• Proven track record of managing procurement-related projects or initiatives effectively, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.
• Fluent English and Hebrew.
