Role Description

It can be full-time or part-time, on-site role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, for a יועץ מדיניות (Policy Advisor). The Policy Advisor will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing regulatory frameworks, developing policy recommendations, and coordinating with stakeholders to implement strategies. Responsibilities also include preparing policy briefs, managing client accounts, providing strategic advice, and collaborating with internal teams to support the effective execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Expertise in policy research, analysis, and formulation of recommendations
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, client relations, and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in creating policy briefs, strategic plans, and clear communication materials
• Project management abilities, teamwork, and a proactive approach
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, or a related field
• Previous experience in consulting, public administration, or regulatory affairs is an advantage
