We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Hardware/Lab Technician Assistant to join our team and support daily production, testing, and logistics operations. This role replaces a current team member and requires full-time availability (100%).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly, inspection, and testing of hardware products and sub-assemblies according to production procedures and engineering specifications.
- Support production engineers and Quality Assurance teams with process improvements, documentation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Set up production test environments and execute test protocols to verify product functionality and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, QA, and Customer Support.
- Prepare finished products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and quantity verification.
- Coordinate and assist with local deliveries and logistics to ensure timely and safe transport of equipment and materials.
- Electrical/Electronics Practical Engineer
- Former military experience as a technician – strong advantage.
- 2–3 years of experience in a hardware production environment, electronics lab, or technical field role.
- Strong technical aptitude and hands-on capabilities.
- Ability to follow procedures and work with engineering documentation.
- Ability to perform manual/physical work when required.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license – an advantage.
