What You’ll Do

• Be the Architect of Trust: Design and evolve secure-by-design systems across our global technology stack (multi-cloud, SaaS, applications, and infrastructure).
• Shape the Security Vision: Define and lead Fireblocks’ strategic approach to security architecture, ensuring every system we deploy is resilient, scalable, and future-ready.
• Set the Standard: Act as the security authority in design and architecture reviews, guiding company-wide practices and influencing decision-makers across departments.
• Engineer Resilience: Implement and manage secure network architectures, IAM, PAM, and endpoint protection solutions to keep our assets and data safe.
• Innovate Relentlessly: Evaluate, pilot, and deploy cutting-edge security technologies to stay ahead of attackers and industry trends.
• Lead Through Influence: Partner with executives, engineers, and operations leaders to embed a security-first mindset into every strategic and technical decision.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in information security architecture, ideally within cloud-native or SaaS-driven environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure), IAM, network security, data protection, and key management.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, and DLP solutions.
• Strong automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar) to enhance and scale security workflows.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills—you can simplify complexity and inspire action.
  
  

• Experience in fintech, digital assets, or other regulated industries.
• Background in red teaming, incident response, or offensive security.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CSSLP, or SABSA.
