Quality Assurance Automation Lead

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Automation QA Team Leader to join our growing QA group.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining management, automation development, and manual testing within a dynamic, multi-project environment.

What you’ll do:

✅ Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers

✅ Define and implement testing strategies and methodologies

✅ Design and execute manual and automated test scenarios (including regression testing)

✅ Develop and maintain automation infrastructure and frameworks

✅ Collaborate closely with development and product teams

Requirements:

🎯 B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or equivalent)

🎯 4+ years of experience in software testing

🎯 3+ years of experience in test automation (Cypress and/or Playwright – must)

🎯 2+ years of experience leading QA teams

🎯 Proven experience in both client-side and server-side testing

🎯 Strong SQL and database query skills

🎯 Experience writing test plans, test cases, and managing defects

Nice to have:

✨ Background in C#.NET development

✨ Experience with Web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)

✨ Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies
