Electrical Engineer / Commissioning Technician – Energy Projects (North Israel)
We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineer / Technician to join our Commissioning Department and take part in testing and start-up of advanced energy facilities.
This role combines field work, electrical testing, and system configuration, with an opportunity to grow within the renewable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical testing and commissioning of energy systems according to company standards and international regulations
- Configure and verify operation of controllers, communication devices, and sensors
- Prepare and review test reports and documentation
- Carry out minor electrical works required for commissioning progress
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors during the testing phase
- Provide feedback and lessons learned to the construction department
Requirements
- Practical Electrical Engineer diploma (or higher) – mandatory
- Licensed Electrician (Certified) – mandatory
- Experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or industrial control systems
- Basic understanding of communication networks and automation systems
- Familiarity with industrial computing environments (PLCs, servers, etc.) – advantage
- Valid driver’s license – required
