Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technological and strategic leadership for the company’s software development domain.
• Build, manage, and lead multidisciplinary software development teams.
• Design and implement large-scale system architecture.
• Define and execute annual work plans and development strategies.
• Drive technological innovation and lead migration processes to advanced technologies.
• Collaborate closely with customers and senior management interfaces.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience managing software development teams.
• Proven experience in managing the development of SaaS-based software products.
• Previous experience in migrating products to modern technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of various cloud infrastructures and the ability to select suitable solutions for diverse environments.
• Experience working with a variety of databases and designing data architectures.
• Knowledge and experience with VB.NET/VB, Access, C# .NET, Angular – an advantage.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
