What You’ll Work On

You’ll be the engineer behind the systems that power our research engine. From building pipelines that crunch billions of data points to shaping the tools our researchers use daily — your work will have immediate impact.

In this role, you’ll:

• Collaborate: Work closely with traders, quants, and engineers to build a modern research and trading platform.
• Design & Build: Architect and scale systems that process and analyze massive time-series datasets.
• Engineer: Create fast, reliable data pipelines using Python (think Pandas, NumPy, PySpark).
• Validate: Hunt down data inconsistencies, run quality checks, and ensure our insights are rock-solid.
• Support: Keep the production environment smooth — fixing, improving, and optimizing as you go.

About You

You’re someone who thrives where tech meets data and loves solving complex problems that don’t come with an instruction manual.

What You Bring

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data systems and ETL pipelines
• Deep Python skills (bonus if you’ve written your own data tools)
• Familiarity with distributed systems, databases, and schedulers
• Comfort with OOP and solid software design practices
• A track record of tackling messy problems and delivering clean solutions

Bonus Points

• C++ skills
• Experience integrating ML models into production
• Knowledge of time-series databases
• Cloud chops (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Interest in financial markets or algorithmic trading
• Experience in a startup or small-team environment
