We serve experienced investors, first-time buyers, and high-net-worth individuals by providing powerful AI-powered tools that streamline every step of the investment journey. Having already launched successfully, Realty Explorers is now preparing to scale its technology, expand its user base, and strengthen its position as a category leader in PropTech innovation.

This is a founding team leadership opportunity for an experienced Chief Technology Officer who will take ownership of Realty Explorers’ technology vision and execution as the company enters its next phase of growth.

The CTO will oversee all technology operations, lead software development, and manage technical resources. They will design scalable and secure systems, guide product evolution, and collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to align technology with business goals and future expansion.

This is an equity-based position until funding and is best suited for a hands-on leader who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to shape a product that is already live and ready to scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s overall technology strategy and architecture

• Oversee platform performance, scalability, and innovation

• Manage engineering resources and software development lifecycles

• Design and implement secure and scalable infrastructure

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with product goals

• Represent Realty Explorers in technical, strategic, and investor discussions

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technical leader in SaaS or AI startups

• Expertise in software development and modern architecture (Next.js, Node.js, Python preferred)

• Strong understanding of automation, AI, or predictive analytics

• Skilled in IT strategy, infrastructure, and cross-functional project management

• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
