Experienced Finance Manager for a Retail Company JB-4666

A large retail company is looking for a Finance Manager to manage the finance department and oversee all of the group's financial activities.

The role includes:

Manage a finance department of approximately 7 employees

Responsibility for the financial reporting system: monthly reports, annual reports, and reports to management

Manage the companies' cash flow and banking activities

Ongoing work with external accountants and annual audits

Responsibility for the cost system, including executing tenders and efficiency initiatives

Building and managing an annual budget and ongoing budgetary control

Participating in business decision-making processes as part of the company's management

A qualified accountant, an advantage for those who have graduated from BIG4

At least 5 years of experience as a finance manager in a company with a turnover of over 100 million NIS

Full control of accounting and multiplication software - a must

Proven management experience and in-depth understanding In financial and business processes
