Field Implementation & Flight Operator (FPV) – Tehiru Aerial Systems

Position: Full-time (Minimum 12-month commitment)

Tehiru Aerial Systems is seeking a Field Implementation & Flight Operator to lead training, support, and hands-on deployment of our advanced aerial systems. This role involves operating FPV drones, conducting field demonstrations, providing real-time technical support, and working closely with our development team to continuously improve the product.

• Conduct professional field training sessions and end-user onboarding.
• Perform live demonstrations and FPV flight operations in diverse environments.
• Provide real-time technical and operational support during testing and field missions.
• Gather feedback from end-users and relay insights to product and R&D teams.
• Document activities and generate clear operational and performance reports.

• High level FPV flight experience with strong stick control and situational awareness.
• Proficiency in drone assembly and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal communication.
• High level of commitment, responsibility, and willingness to work in the field under dynamic conditions.

These skills are a plus, but not required:

• Field or combat military service experience, particularly with hands-on FPV drone operation.
• Military command or instruction course completion, combined with verified training or teaching experience.
