About The Role

We're hiring a Senior Product/UX writer to join Hello Heart and help us drive our mission of impacting people's lives and helping them manage their heart health. As a Senior Product/UX writer, you’ll help shape the future of Hello Heart’s app cross-experiences, focusing on our users and their heart health journey. You’ll create clear, concise, and compelling product content using a broad range of content design skills.

Product/UX writers, at Hello Heart help design and shape the entire user journey by championing the Hello Heart voice and setting the right tone. Our content experts work with a variety of stakeholders across the organization, including PMs, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal. To tell consistent stories and create a great experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Craft spot-on content for every experience, selecting the ideal tone, structure, and voice.
• Collaborate on journey mapping, persona, and flow development, and develop end-to-end experiences for multiple user needs
• Define Hello Heart’s content strategy with emphasis on content types and processes
• Partner on vision work in collaboration with design, research, engineering, and product
• Create and refine information architectures to increase clarity and cohesion
• Work alongside Product Design to write and review UX experiences for our users with a great understanding of how to drive engagement in the app
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Support to create compelling messages for our users through their enrollment and onboarding process
• Be a driver of Hello Heart’s evolving Tone and Voice documentation and implementation
• Have experience in genAI content strategy and design, demonstrated across a range of AI solutions.
• Value the balance of words to visual elements, content density, and highlighting user benefit.
• Have a deep understanding of UX & Consumer Marketing content principles
• Be experienced with UX research, interviewing users, surveys, and, in general, data-driven decision-making (at Hello Heart, data always wins).
• Tech-savvy, independent, organized, fast-mover, problem solver with no ego. Willing to always roll up your sleeves to help and get things done
  
  

• UX writing skills: 5+ years of experience as a content designer or UX writer, working on consumer software products.
• Native English speaker - MUST
• Tools: Figma, FigJam, Asana, Google Suite, Ditto, and similar.
• Collaboration: Experience working closely with product designers, product managers, user research, engineering, analytics, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Impact: Proven experience in creating impactful content, as well as being able to define content KPIs
• Initiative: Ability to manage own projects; work within tight time deadlines; and be comfortable receiving, responding to, and incorporating feedback.
• Experience with writing using AI tools
  
  

• Experience in the digital health industry.
