At Tabor Electronics, our mission is to push the boundaries of signal technology. We provide embedded real-time platforms that power world-leading applications in defense, aerospace, and quantum systems. We are seeking a senior HW board design engineer to develop our advanced digital and analog boards.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on viewing the system, developing state of the art boards include digital, analog and power devices that is major part of the system we build.
Key Responsibilities
Develop boards with RF, Analog, SoC and FPGA modules.
Simulate power and signal integrity
Define board components according to requirements
Hands-on HW and boards architecture, work closely on the product mechanics, thermal, etc.
Support product and customer support teams
· Work with product owners and business analysts to understand requirements
Minimum Qualifications
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in HW design, RF and Analog design
Ability to work in a dynamic and ongoing changing environment
Ability to lead and drive external vendors
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with networking like: I2C, SPI, USB, UART, Ethernet, etc
· Experience with power dissipation, voltage converters, LDO
· Experience supporting production and manufacturing-level debugging.
· Familiarity with low-level system debugging tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, JTAG).
