Job Description:

• End-to-end project management: building work plans, tracking and monitoring project progress, and ensuring goals and deadlines are met.
• Responsibility for executing projects with external software vendors and development companies.
• Working with SaaS-based software providers as well as custom development vendors for tailored solutions.
• Collecting and analyzing the needs of various business units and professional stakeholders within the organization.
• Defining requirements and writing specifications and work procedures.
• Implementing software solutions and conducting user training.
• Initiating, evaluating feasibility, and leading innovative solutions in the field of information systems.
• Promoting and improving business processes by optimizing and deepening the use of existing systems.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in managing IT / Information Systems / Technology projects.
• Academic degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and Management specializing in Information Systems — or a degree in Information Systems Management — or another bachelor's degree combined with at least 300 hours of professional courses in Information Systems, or a certified practical engineer in Computers/Technology.
• Strong ability to coordinate and manage vendors, make decisions, and handle conflicts.
• Excellent writing skills and experience in drafting procedures and specification documents.
• Service-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple interfaces across the organization.
