Senior Bookkeeper

 Description:

Olea Software, an investment group managing several technology companies, is seeking a Senior Accountant to take full ownership of accounting and payroll activities.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on professional with deep knowledge of bookkeeping and payroll who’s ready to work independently in a dynamic, growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Full bookkeeping up to balance sheet, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Payroll management – salary calculation, deductions, benefits, and reporting to authorities.
• Monthly tax filings and communication with external accountant and authorities (VAT, Income Tax, Bituach Leumi).
• Supporting budget control, reporting, and process improvements.
• Working closely with the CFO and supporting several entities under the investment group.

• Bookkeeping certification – Type 3 (סוג 3) – required.
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting, including balance sheet responsibility.
• Proven experience handling payroll.
• Experience with Priority and Michpal / Shekelit – advantage.
• Strong Excel and Office skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic English for financial terms and reporting.

• Full-time, hybrid position (3–4 days on-site, Sapir Tower, Bursa Ramat Gan).
• Reporting to the CFO.
