Configuration & NPI Manager

About Us:

At HighSecLabs, we develop advanced cybersecurity and data isolation solutions used by government, defense, and enterprise organizations worldwide.

I’m looking for a Configuration & NPI Manager to join our team in Or Akiva, managing the configuration and documentation of our electromechanical systems.

What you’ll do:

• Document and maintain product data in our ERP system for clients and subcontractors
• Create and maintain part numbers and BOMs (including engineering change management)
• Identify and manage alternative components
• Maintain drawings and technical specifications produced by R&D, marketing, and engineering
• Collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, procurement, and manufacturing teams, both in-house and with subcontractors

What you bring:

• Knowledge of mechanical drawings (electronics is an advantage)
• Experience preparing assembly procedures for electromechanical products
• Familiarity with standards and CAD tools – an advantage
• Education in mechanical/electronic engineering with broad technical knowledge
• High-level English – required
