Vice President of Artificial Intelligence

We are a growing AI company developing tools that help organizations design and deploy customized, context-aware, and safe AI capabilities. We’re seeking an accomplished leader to build and guide our AI research team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI vision & strategy: craft and execute the AI roadmap aligned with business goals and cybersecurity imperatives.
• Build and lead the AI team: recruit, mentor, and grow a world-class group of ML engineers, data scientists, and MLOps professionals from scratch.
• Hands-on development: lead design, prototyping, training, evaluation, and deployment of AI models—spanning LLMs, agent architectures, anomaly detection, NLP, and beyond.
• Scale and productize: own the full ML lifecycle, ensuring models transition seamlessly from experimentation to robust production systems.

What We’re Looking For

• AI expertise: 8–12+ years in AI/ML, with a track record of delivering production-grade AI systems.
• Leadership experience: success in building and leading high-performing AI teams, ideally in early-stage or scaling companies.
• Technical depth: strong Python skills, with mastery of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and modern AI architectures (LLMs, agentic systems, anomaly detection, NLP).
• Cybersecurity experience is a major advantage—particularly in adversarial ML, detection, or threat intelligence.
• Strategic mindset with business acumen: ability to link AI innovation directly to company growth.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
