CRM Implementer and Developer JB-4602

A large financial organization is recruiting a CRM Dynamics 365 Implementer and Developer.

The role includes:

Development

Implementation/Customization

Specification ability

Working with end users/business customers

Working with additional development teams in various fields

Working with infrastructure and information security personnel"

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems.

At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing and developing CRM dynamics.

Knowledge and experience in developing customized solutions (such as new modules, workflows, business rules, creating reports and dashboards).

Knowledge and experience in developing APIs, Plugins and integrations from the CRM system to other systems.

High experience and proficiency in relevant development languages such as: C# .net, JavaScript.

Knowledge and experience in handling faults and performing upgrades, providing support to system users, including training and guidance.

Ability Working in collaboration with development and IT teams, business entities in the organization from the marketing, sales and customer service departments.

Experience in characterizing requirements with business users and providing technological solutions.

Familiarity and experience with plugins such as DCP, Ribbon - an advantage.

In-depth understanding of CRM system architecture, On-premise - an advantage.

Familiarity and work with GW Open API - an advantage.

Familiarity with CRM Online and marketing automation tools - an advantage."
