AI Automation Specialist

• We are looking for a talented AI Automation Specialist to join our team and drive innovation in our Sales Development workflows. In this role, you will build, deploy, test, and maintain AI automations that empower our SDRs, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with SDRs and other departments, such as marketing, to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that deliver real impact.
  
  

• AI & Workflow Automation: Build, test, and optimize automations for inbound and outbound SDR and ISR activities. Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot Studio and other AI tools into SDR and ISR workflows.
• Segmentation & Campaign Support: Partner with SDRs and ISRs and Marketing to identify high-value segments, design repeatable models, and generate enriched lists for targeted campaigns.
• Intent Signal Activation: Capture, route, and activate buying signals from platforms such as 6sense, Bombora, G2, and events to SDRs in real time.
• CRM Data Quality: Own SDR-related CRM data hygiene, implement automated validation checks, and deliver dashboards that show data health.
• Data-Driven Culture: Build activity dashboards, design A/B tests, and create frameworks for evidence-based coaching and outreach efficiency.
• Tech Scouting & Innovation: Continuously monitor the GTM tech landscape, run pilots, and recommend tools with proven ROI.
• Collaboration & Enablement: Work directly with SDRs to translate workflow pain points into technical solutions. Train the Teams on new automations and dashboards
  
  

• Strong background and experience in workflow automation (experience with Copilot Studio a plus).
• Proficiency with Salesforce and intent data platforms (6sense, Bombora, G2). Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into execution.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
