Integration Team Leader

About the Role

Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) is seeking an Integration Team Leader to lead a group responsible for the integration of hardware, software, and firmware in advanced multidisciplinary systems.

The position combines hands-on technical leadership with project management responsibilities, ensuring successful system-level integration from lab testing to field trials in Israel and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead an integration team responsible for combining hardware, software, and firmware components into complete operational systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot design and software issues; perform root cause analyses and implement engineering solutions.
• Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, including task planning and resource allocation.
• Conduct system integration tests in laboratories and field environments; support system demonstrations and customer trials.
• Develop and maintain integration documentation, test reports, and technical knowledge bases.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – must.
• 3–5 years of experience in integration of embedded RF systems – must.
• Strong technical writing skills in Hebrew and English – must.
• Proven experience in leading or matrix-managing multidisciplinary engineering teams – must.
• Familiarity with optical systems – advantage.
• Background in radar systems – advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad for field integration and testing – required.
