We are seeking a Digital CRM Marketing Coordinator

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys in Salesforce CRM.
• Analyze data, perform automations, and improve data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Marketing, IT, and Data.
• Manage data sources and perform UAT testing.
• Continuously enhance the digital customer experience.

Requirements:

• Experience or familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) – mandatory.
• Strong marketing and technological orientation with analytical capabilities.
• Excellent command of Excel and Office tools.
• High-level English – mandatory.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Marketing Automation, or eCommerce platforms.
• Relevant academic degree (Marketing / Communications / Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management).
