What will you do at SuperPlay?:

We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our Marketing Team!

If you’re a true team player with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, a creative pipeline expert, and a highly motivated personality who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, your place is with us.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning, monitoring, and prioritizing multiple creative marketing assets and outsourced pipelines while adapting to changing workflows.
• Keeping the team aligned using the Monday platform.
• Consolidating and presenting performance statistics for discussion in monthly PM meetings.
• Managing stressful situations while keeping the team focused and productive.
• Providing consistent project updates to various stakeholders.
• Forecasting and managing resources to efficiently meet objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute global campaigns.
• Conducting research and staying up to date on emerging video technologies and production solutions to enhance creative quality and efficiency.
  
  

• 5+ years of project management or marketing experience, with a strong focus on managing video productions from concept to delivery, including experience working with American partners and vendors.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• Strong familiarity with art and design pipelines.
• A proactive mindset, continuously improving tools, workflows, and processes while staying on top of industry trends and technologies.
• Proven ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and highly resourceful.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management and creative tools, especially Monday.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in building relationships, managing, negotiating, and signing agreements with global vendors.
