What You’ll Do

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a critical driver of Sales strategy, Growth efficiency, and operational decisions, converting data into insights, actions, and business impact.

Core Responsibilities

• Own analytical projects end-to-end: from scoping to data modeling to insight delivery and tracking outcomes (while data engineering covering the tech side).
• Define, track, and refine KPIs and OKRs; align analytics with business objectives to improve product metrics and user experience.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives: partner with Product, Growth, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to shape strategy and execution.
• Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports that equip teams to make informed decisions (using Tableau or an equivalent tool).
• Drive deep-dive analyses: funnel breakdowns, monetization studies, cohort retention, and growth levers.
• Run and interpret A/B experiments; turn test results into clear action plans.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure scalable, accurate, and maintainable data models (e.g. in Snowflake or equivalent).
• Own data integrity: validate, detect anomalies, and establish quality controls.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in analytics, business intelligence, or equivalent roles (especially in B2C)
• Strong hands-on skills in SQL over large datasets
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI/visualization tools
• Solid experience in A/B testing, user funnel/retention modeling, and cohort analysis
• Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehousing
• Ability to translate complex analytics into simple, high-impact business insights
• Excellent data storytelling and communication skills (verbal, written, visual)
• Business acumen, you balance numbers with outcomes

Preferred & Bonus Skills

• 7+ years’ total experience in analytics roles
• Familiarity with Python/scripting for analysis or data prep
• Prior experience in fintech, cross-border payments, or fast-growth startups
