Integration & Automation Infrastructure Team Leader

💡 We’re hiring a Tech Leader to head our Integration & Automation Infrastructure Team!

Our Technology Division is looking for a Team Leader, Integration and Automation Infrastructure- a key role leading enterprise integration, scheduling, and automation initiatives across the organization.

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Lead a professional team responsible for application integration, API management, and Low-Code development
• Plan, implement, and maintain enterprise integration and automation platforms
• Manage cross-organizational technology projects
• Define standards, methodologies, and best practices for integration and automation
• Provide professional consulting and support for business and IT teams

🔹 What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in integration and automation infrastructure – required
• 2+ years of experience managing a technology team – required
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as:
• ESB, API Management, OutSystems, UC4, Unica Automation
• (Kafka / Confluent – an advantage)
• Strong architectural and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
