R&D Operations Manager

ActiveFence is seeking an R&D operations manager to improve the efficiency, operational agility, order, coordination, and innovation of multiple teams that are dedicated to malware research and review.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to establish a new operation from the ground up, creating processes, and setting up cross-team collaboration.

This position is on-site five days a week in our Ramat Gan office.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Establish operational processes, workflows, and quality standards for the new teams
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate the new operation into the existing infrastructure
• Support technical onboarding of new employees.
• Work with AI and no-code automation tools.
• Track and oversee budget spending.
• Develop & maintain dashboards to enable visibility, control and support decision making.
• Prepare playbooks for employees and presentation materials for the client, while improving knowledge preservation and searchability.
• Improve collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing between teams and drive the adoption of best practices.
• Act as the team lead’s right hand and a go-to person for ad-hoc projects.

Preferred (but not mandatory) Experience:

• Technical curiosity and familiarity with developer-oriented tools or environments (e.g., command-line interfaces, APIs, scripting).
• Experience in project management and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Google workspace: apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Looker studio) and AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM).
• Recently completed a degree with honors (preferably in a technical or analytical field).
