IT Manager

Nextage is a CFO-as-a-Service company supporting hundreds of startups. We provide an end-to-end financial solution from professional CFO services to full financial operations, budgeting, control, and fundraising preparation- all through a strategic business lens tailored to growing companies.

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our organizational infrastructure and manage a professional team. The role includes strategic responsibility for the company’s IT systems, business continuity, information security, and infrastructure, while collaborating closely with management, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT team
• Full responsibility for the organization’s infrastructure: server operations, storage, communication equipment, information security products, cloud, backups, and more
• Align the organization with information security standards and develop work plans accordingly
• Continuously improve system availability, performance, and efficiency
• Maintain high internal service levels (SLA) and foster a strong service-oriented culture

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing IT infrastructure in a medium or large organization
• At least 2 years’ experience managing an IT team- required
• Microsoft certification (MCITP / MCSA)- required
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience with physical and virtual servers (VMWare), including hardware and software maintenance
• Proven experience with IP telephony systems- advantage
• Familiarity with information security products (e.g., Fortinet, Eset)- advantage
• Proven track record leading end-to-end technology projects
• High-level English- required
• Strong leadership, service orientation, and ability to work effectively with multiple interfaces
