Comblack is hiring a Head of Data!
The role includes leading the organization’s data department which consists of analysts, BI developers, and data engineers while partnering strategically with various business units and leading cross-organizational projects in the fields of BI and Analytics.
What are we looking for?
- 5 years of experience managing Data/BI departments in technology or financial organizations.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (Analysts, BI, Data Engineers).
- Background in building and implementing organization-wide data strategies.
- Proficiency with BI solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
- Experience in FinTech and payments – an advantage.
- Strong presentation skills when working with senior management, leadership ability, and strategic thinking.
