AI Automation Engineer for a Global Company! 5316

We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and process-driven AI Automation Engineer to join our AI Center of Excellence.((We are not looking for automation professionals coming from traditional automation development backgrounds.))

In this role, you’ll design, build, and deploy intelligent agents that automate complex business processes using no-code and low-code tools such as n8n and Copilot Studio.

You’ll collaborate closely with business and technical teams to translate real-world challenges into scalable, AI-powered automations that accelerate our company’s digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation using intelligent AI agents.
• Design, build, and optimize agent-based workflows with n8n, Copilot Studio, and similar platforms.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve interactions between users, agents, and LLMs — crafting, testing, and refining prompts for precision and contextual understanding.
• Define architectures, integrations, and logic flows for multi-agent systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into structured agent requirements and workflows.
• Contribute to the AI CoE’s best practices, governance standards, and reusable frameworks for prompt and workflow design.
• Monitor and continuously enhance agent performance and user experience using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical or analytical role (e.g., system analyst, process engineer, or product specialist). Exprience from traditional automation development backgrounds - is not what we are looking for)
• Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Zapier, Make).
• Strong understanding of business processes, system architecture, and data flows.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, prompt engineering, and LLM-based solutions.
• A process-oriented mindset with strong attention to usability, scalability, and business value.
