Who We Are Looking For

A detail-oriented HR Operations Generalist with a passion for data accuracy and process improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting both daily HR operations and ongoing projects.

What You Will Do

• Manage and maintain HR information systems and ensure data accuracy
• Support HRBP with the administration of core employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, changes in employment status)
• Contractors management
• Maintain HR templates, policies and processes to support HR teams
• Support compensation activities (salary surveys, comp process)
• Contribute to HR analytics and reporting
• Support compliance and HR policy administration to ensure alignment with company standards and local regulations
• Support Learning and Development activities and processes
• Support local benefits
  
  

• Experience in HR operations or a similar role - advantage
• Hands-on experience with SAP, SuccessFactors - advantage
• High Proficiency in Excel - a must
• Fluent in English - a must
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
